Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and cozy, although the bathroom showed signs of aging. The service was a mixed experience with some staff being extremely accommodating while others were less so. The location was convenient, especially for those without a rental car. The dining options were good with a variety of choices. The facilities met my expectations, although some areas could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I received wasn't as clean as expected, with some cleanliness issues overlooked, like a grimy electrical track under the desk. On the bright side, the staff, led by the General Manager Rick, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the overall service experience top-notch.
The hotel room at this place was so dirty and stink that we have to leave to go to Marriott on Quincy, praise God Marriott had rooms available. The courtyard, however, was very appealing and well-landscaped. The extra bed for 1 adult with 2 teenage kids was too small to feel convenient.
